Classes

Our CrossFit classes have ten spaces. These classes will work on strength and skill work, before beginning the main workout (WOD). These are open to all membership holders. You can also pay for singular classes (drop-ins) to try out a class, or buy a bundle of ten classes for £80.

Open Gym is for our Full Membership holders, with a capacity of fifteen. This is where you can use the Box outside of classes, and do your own workouts. (Although Rick will be around during Open Gym if you do need help with anything).

We offer Gymnastic classes to help you improve your form and practise movements commonly used in CrossFit. These classes usually consist of working on handstands (or learning how to do one!), learning and improving basic kipping moves

Our Weightlifting Classes offer an opportunity to learn and practise 'clean and jerk' and 'snatch' techniques, which are commonly seen and used in CrossFit, including in our classes. During these weightlifting classes, we focus on breaking down these movements, and putting an emphasis on your form, to ensure that you're confident when performing these movements in-class.

Our Sunday Hero WOD is also open to all members. You can also drop-in for a Hero WOD, or use one of the classes from your bundle to attend. A Hero WOD is a tribute to a fallen first responder, or member of the military, who died in the line of duty. These WODs are named after these heroes to honour their memory.
